Since 2000 FCBA have worked closely with FETAC to develop 2 new certification Modules

Bread and Confectionery Operative FETAC Level 5

Plant Bread Operatives FETAC Level 5

These now represent the Primary Formal Qualifications recognised by the Bread Baking Industry as a Skills benchmark for Production Operatives.
