The Flour Confectioners and Bakers Association
was established in 1987 to represent the Craft Baking
Industry. The Association's Executive Committee is
comprised entirely of owner/managers of operating bakeries.
The FCBA's role in the Skillnet programme is primarily as
Promoters of the Skillnet Network.
FETAC
FETAC are the certifiers of the newly
developed training modules. Bakers Skillnet is now a
registered FETAC centre
Skillnets LTD
The Skillnets organisation is the major funder
of the Network.
